I Want to Wash My Hands...

Clare is really getting hard to take care of now. She must be in her stage of terrible twos. Tantrums happen everyday and for anything imaginable. This is a photo of her wailing away after we removed her from the tap. (She has this bad habit of taking a very long to wash her hands.)

Can someone give me some tips on handling toddler's tantrums?
