There are a few places that we wanted to bring Clare to during Damon's leave. One place we have not visited is the beach. We decided to spend our New Year's day at East Coast Park. The weather was good and there were many people around. We contemplated for a while before deciding to rent a bicycle as Clare was looking sleepy. We rented one to try out and Clare enjoyed the ride. We cycled around and Clare loved the breeze blowing onto her. However, the breeze made her real sleepy and we had to return the bicycles after half an hour... =p Not bad for a first time.
Then we brought Clare to the beach to experience the waves and the water. The last time we brought her she didn't like it. But today, she loved the feeling of the waves rushing up to her little feet and didn't want to leave the place. =)
After her little nap in the car, we had lunch and did some shopping at Plaza Singapore.
